Talk about a case study and lessons learned implementing a WordPress Multisite project on a tight budget. The talk covers project management, technical implementation and hosting.
The talk was recorded at WordCamp Switzerland 2014 in Zürich and I gave a slightly shorter version as a backup speaker at WordCamp London 2015.
Many of the main ingredients still hold lots of value, especially for a fairly large project with multiple websites sharing code and content.
