This talk is about combining the principles of user experience design with the development team, to build a stronger and better solution.
I’ll be talking about the benefits of user experience design early in the development process and the difficulties we faced implementing a changing user flow into our plugin.
Additionally I’ll show the audience how we used personas, user testing. Plus there are several use cases based on real life examples using our open-source plugin User Feedback.
This talk was recorded at WordCamp Europe 2015 in Seville, Spain. The plugin is no longer in use, but the principals shared in the talk still stand to this day.
