My work used to be mostly WordPress. Besides building bespoke WordPress & WooCommerce sites, I was one of the organizers of the WordPress meetup in Zürich and I'm helping out organizing WordCamps in Switzerland.
A few years ago, I started missing things when building with WordPress and had the chance to explore Laravel. I fell in love with the TALL stack and nowadays I'm building bespoke sites and web-apps with multiple stacks in my tool-belt.
In February 2023, I had the chance to give a talk at the Laravel Switzerland meetup, about my experience moving two larger applications from WordPress to Laravel. Thanks again to Ruslan Steiger for organizing and jkweb for hosting the event.
